About
The programmes at Rethinking Focus are designed to nurture and support adults, teens and their families through the practice of mindfulness.
Rooted in the evidence-based principles of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), I offer practical tools for navigating life’s challenges with greater awareness, resilience, and compassion.
At the heart of my approach lies the importance of attitude—how we meet each moment shapes our ability to connect, learn and grow. Alongside mindfulness practice, I weave in the reflective benefits of mindful journaling. Journaling, much like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), has been shown to bring lasting positive effects for mental health and emotional wellbeing.
I have a particular interest in supporting those living with ADHD, offering approaches that encourage focus, emotional regulation, and self-acceptance.

My work is grounded in the latest neuroscience research, backed by decades of scientific studies on mindfulness, and enriched by a wealth of lived experience. I believe in offering programmes that not only rest on solid foundations, but also inspire real, meaningful change for teens and their families.
